Sachin Tendulkar has been playing cricket on the Indian team since he was just 17 years old. Tendulkar holds practically all of the batting records in the history of the game and no one can even come close. He has 51 career test cricket centuries and 48 ODI centuries and no one even comes close to that number. Sachin has been consistent since the day he played for India and there seems to be no weakness in his form or game. The 37 year old today has played in 4 world cups and has yet to win the cup. The 2011 world cup seems to be his last chance as this opportunity only comes every 4 years. So far, he has already showed his superior experience and talents as he put up 2 centuries in the group stage. There is no doubt the Sachin is a great player and when he retires India will never be able to replace him. We wish him the best of luck as India advances to the quater-finals to face Australia.
