If you type in how to get six pack abs into any search engine you will get a plethora of results, but which of these solutions for six pack abs really works? The first thing that you can rule out as fake is the result that will say something like 'get six pack abs in 3 weeks!'. Getting six pack abs doesn't happen over night, or over the course of 3 weeks. Getting the kind of results that you are looking for will take a combination of consistent working out, muscle confusion, and the proper cross training. All of this is of course coupled with a good balanced diet. So when selecting the ab workout for you, look for the ones that show a sequence of workouts that require little to no weight. This will make it easy to do, and also motivate you to do it consistently. When you pick your ab workout, stick with it for a couple weeks, doing it every night of course, and then go find a different one to work through. When the workout that you are doing starts getting easy to do, go through it a couple times, and then if its still to easy either pick a new one or just add to it. Now you are on your way to lookin' super sexy!
